These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and jya ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of jya.today and all associated services, games, promotions and features. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification
Use of jya is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering or accessing the platform you warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jya operates as an entertainment platform for adult players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jya is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.

3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of services on jya, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated at all times. jya reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion, including where an application appears duplicate or eligibility criteria are not met.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
jya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. Current approved methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. jya reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and to impose transaction limits.
- ▸The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment network.
- ▸Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay wallet, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Average processing time is 15 minutes.
- ▸All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or wallets not registered in the account holder's name are not permitted.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jya. Engaging in any act listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds in the account and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- ▸Using any software, bot, algorithm or automated system designed to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate game outcomes or circumvent platform security measures.
- ▸Colluding with other players by coordinating bets or sharing game-state information in real time in a manner that distorts normal competitive play.
- ▸Registering using false, misleading or third-party identity information, including providing forged documents during KYC verification.
- ▸Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- ▸Exploiting technical errors, bugs or glitches in any game or platform feature to accumulate credits or winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
7. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games on jya operate under their individual game rules, accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any discrepancy between a result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on jya's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed conclusive and final.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service or any other intangible loss. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
In no event shall jya's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages; in such jurisdictions jya's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
jya processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering and using the platform you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jya applies SSL encryption across all data transmissions and maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
12. Amendments to These Terms
jya reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the 'Last Updated' date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
